The Cougars now have a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ridgeway for a non-league game on Wednesday, September 24. Kirby will face a Roadrunners team coming off a 6-0 non-league win over Bolton (Arlington, TN). The Roadrunners record now stands at 2-1.

The Wildcats (0-3) will now prepare for their game against Haywood (Brownsville, TN). The Tomcats enter the AA District 14 game with a 1-8 record. In their last game, Haywood by Hardin County (Savannah, TN), 9-1, in a non-league game.
