New Jersey High School Soccer - Mount St. Dominic Academy nudges Glen Ridge

In Tuesday's non-league outing, the visiting Mount St. Dominic Academy Lions soccer squad scored a tight 2-1 victory over the Glen Ridge Ridgers.
The Lions (4-0) will now prepare for their test against Verona (Verona, NJ). The Hillbillies come into the non-league test with a 4-0 record. In their last test, Verona edged Pope John XXIII (Sparta, NJ), 4-1, in a non-league test.
The Ridgers now have a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they host Caldwell for a non-league test on Thursday, September 18. Glen Ridge will clash with a Chiefs team coming off a 5-1 non-league loss to Elizabeth (Elizabeth, NJ). The Chiefs record now stands at 3-2.
