The Golden Hawks (6-1) will now prepare for their contest against Cortez (Phoenix, AZ). The Colts enter the contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Cortez was tipped by Crismon (Queen Creek, AZ), 2-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Bulldogs battle the Westview Knights (Avondale, AZ) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, September 18. Sierra Linda will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Knights go into the battle with a 0-1 record after their 2-0 league loss to Estrella Foothills (Goodyear, AZ).
