Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Shenendehowa Plainsmen (Clifton Park, NY) and the host Ballston Spa Scotties (Ballston Spa, NY), saw Shenendehowa's soccer squad knock off Ballston Spa by a count of 2-0.

The Plainsmen (2-2) will now prepare for their battle against Niskayuna (Niskayuna, NY). The Silver Warriors come into the Suburban Council- Blue match with a 3-1 record. In their last match, Niskayuna nipped Guilderland (Guilderland Center, NY), 2-1, in a league match.

The Scotties now sport a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Shaker for a Suburban Council- Blue match on Thursday, September 18. Ballston Spa will meet a Bison team coming off a 3-2 league win over Albany (Albany, NY). The Bison record now stands at 5-0.
