In Tuesday's non-league outing, the visiting Bullitt Central Cougars soccer squad scored a tight 3-1 win over the Meade County Green Waves.

The Cougars (5-6) will now prepare for their outing against Southern (Louisville, KY). The Trojans enter the District 23 test with a 8-3 record. In their last test, Southern nipped Moore (Louisville, KY), 3-1, in a league test.

The Green Waves now sport a 6-4 record. They take the field next when they host Shelby County for a non-league test on Thursday, September 18. Meade County will clash with a Rockets team coming off a 4-0 non-league loss to Oldham County (Buckner, KY). The Rockets record now stands at 5-5.
