The Lake Region Lakers (Naples, ME) soccer the host Sacopee Valley Hawks (Cornish, ME), 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.
The Lakers now hold a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wells for a Class C - South contest on Thursday, September 18. Lake Region will battle a Warriors team coming off a 1-1 non-league North Yarmouth Academy (Yarmouth, ME). The Warriors record now stands at 1-4.
The Hawks (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Traip (Kittery, ME). The Rangers go into the Class C - South challenge with a 3-0 record. In their last challenge, Traip nudged Poland (Poland, ME), 6-0, in a non-league challenge.
