In Tuesday's league test, the host Springfield Senators soccer team scored a good 9-0 triumph over the MacArthur Generals.

With the triumph, Springfield moves its record to 7-4 on the campaign. The Senators travel to Sacred Heart-Griffin (Springfield, IL) to clash with the Cyclones in a Central State Eight test on Thursday, September 18. The Cyclones come into the test with a record of 6-5. Sacred Heart-Griffin lost 4-2 in their recent league test against Rochester (Rochester, IL)

The Generals now sport a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they host Blue Ridge for a non-league outing on Wednesday, September 17.
