The Hillsboro Hawks (Hillsboro, MO) softball routed the visiting Farmington Knights (Farmington, MO), 15-0 in Tuesday's league outing.

The Hawks now sport a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host DeSoto for a Class 3 District 2 outing on Friday, September 19. Hillsboro will encounter a Dragons team coming off a 10-0 non-league loss to Festus (Festus, MO). The Dragons record now stands at 5-2.

The Knights (0-6) will now prepare for their test against Jackson (Jackson, MO). The Fighting Indians go into the non-league test with a 10-5 record.
