The Notre Dame Bulldogs softball team scored 17 runs and held the host Poplar Bluff Mules to 6 in the Bulldogs non-league win on Tuesday.

The Bulldogs now possess a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North County for a non-league battle on Wednesday, September 17. Notre Dame will confront a Raiders team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Chaffee (Chaffee, MO). The Raiders record now stands at 4-5.

With the loss, Poplar Bluff moves to 0-3 on the season. The Mules host Farmington (Farmington, MO) to meet the Knights in a non-league challenge on Monday, September 22. The Knights enter the challenge with a record of 0-6.
