Whitefield Academy WolfPack (Mableton, GA) backers left the game pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their softball team run past the visiting Walker Wolverines (Marietta, GA), 14-0 in a league match.

The WolfPack (8-5) will now prepare for their match against King's Ridge Christian (Alpharetta, GA). The Tigers come into the 1A D-I Region 5 match with a 8-5 record. In their last match, King's Ridge Christian notched a victory over Greater Atlanta Christian (Norcross, GA), 4-0, in a non-league match.

Next up, the Wolverines play the Holy Innocents Episcopal Golden Bears (Atlanta, GA) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, September 17. Walker will attempt to upgrade on its 4-7 season record. The Golden Bears enter the game with a 6-6 record after their 10-3 league win over Lovett (Atlanta, GA).
