The Dongola Demons volleyball team (Dongola, IL), was knocked off 2-0 in Tuesday's league contest with the host Joppa-Maple Grove Rangers (Joppa, IL)

The Rangers (2-6) will now prepare for their contest against Egyptian (Tamms, IL). The Pharaohs enter the South Egyptian contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest, Egyptian was knocked off by Shawnee (Wolf Lake, IL), 2-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Demons battle the Egyptian Pharaohs (Tamms, IL) in a non-league contest, on Monday, September 29. Dongola will attempt to move on its 0-7 season record. The Pharaohs enter the contest with a 4-5 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Goreville (Goreville, IL).
