The Lions now have a 4-3 record. They play next when they host Northside Christian for a non-league outing on Thursday, September 18. Vinton will play a Warriors team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Lafayette (Lafayette, LA). The Warriors record now stands at 10-2.

With the loss, Eunice drops to 1-9 on the campaign. The Bobcats host Lake Charles College Prep (Lake Charles, LA) to confront the Trailblazers in a non-league game on Thursday, September 18. The Trailblazers go into the game with a record of 7-6. Lake Charles College Prep won 3-0 in their recent non-league game against North Central (Lebeau, LA)
