Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Midland Christian Mustangs (Midland, TX) and the visiting Forsan Buffaloes (Forsan, TX), observed Midland Christian's volleyball team top Forsan by a count of 3-1.

The Mustangs (4-16) will now prepare for their contest against All Saints (Fort Worth, TX). The Saints enter the TAPPS 5A District 1 contest with a 9-7 record. In their last battle, All Saints achieved victory over Fort Worth Christian (North Richland Hills, TX), 3-0, in a league battle.

The Buffaloes now own a 20-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Buena Vista for a non-league battle on Saturday, September 20. Forsan will encounter a Longhorns squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Midland Classical Academy (Midland, TX). The Longhorns record now stands at 12-8.
