The Pawnee Indians volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Gillespie Miners to 0 in the Indians non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Indians now have a 7-2 record. They play next when they host Pana for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 20. Pawnee will confront a Panthers team coming off a 2-0 league win over Vandalia (Vandalia, IL). The Panthers record now stands at 12-6.

With the loss, Gillespie drops to 3-9 on the campaign. The Miners host North Mac (Virden, IL) to play the Panthers in a South Central outing on Thursday, September 18.
