Georgia High School Volleyball - Kell tips Jonesboro

The Kell Longhorns volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Jonesboro Cardinals to 1 in the Longhorns non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Longhorns now have a 19-16 record. They play next when they host Cambridge for a 4A Area 6 outing on Thursday, September 18. Kell will play a Bears team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Clarkston (Clarkston, GA). The Bears record now stands at 9-15.

With the loss, Jonesboro drops to 16-11 on the campaign. The Cardinals host Mundy's Mill (Jonesboro, GA) to play the Tigers in a 4A Area 3 outing on Thursday, September 18. The Tigers come into the outing with a record of 9-5. Mundy's Mill lost 2-1 in their recent non-league outing against Creekside (Fairburn, GA)
