With the win, Post improves its record to 12-11 on the season. The Antelopes travel to Tahoka (Tahoka, TX) to encounter the Bulldogs in a 2A Region I District 2 battle on Saturday, September 20. The Bulldogs go into the battle with a record of 8-20. Tahoka won 3-0 in their recent non-league battle against Smyer (Smyer, TX)

The Longhorns now own a 0-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wellman-Union for a 1A Region I District 2 battle on Tuesday, September 23. Loop will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Plains (Plains, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 10-12.
