Fans at Tuesday's league test between the Uniontown Eagles (Uniontown, KS) and the host Marmaton Valley Wildcats (Moran, KS), saw Uniontown's volleyball squad nudge Marmaton Valley by a score of 2-1.

With the win, Uniontown improves its record to 5-9 on the season. The Eagles travel to Chetopa (Chetopa, KS) to face the Hornets in a Three Rivers test on Tuesday, September 23. The Hornets go into the test with a record of 0-7. Chetopa lost 2-0 in their recent league challenge against Central Heights (Richmond, KS)

Next, the Wildcats meet the Waverly Bulldogs (Waverly, KS) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 20. Marmaton Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 3-9 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 8-3 record after their 3-0 league win over Burlingame (Burlingame, KS).
