Pennsylvania High School Volleyball - Sharon can't hold off Mercer

The Mercer Mustangs held off the host Sharon Tigers volleyball team by a margin of 3-2 in Tuesday's league outing.

The Mustangs now possess a 7-1 record. They play next when they host Sharpsville for a District 10 Region 3 outing on Tuesday, September 23. Mercer will clash with a Blue Devils team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Slippery Rock (Slippery Rock, PA). The Blue Devils record now stands at 1-4.

With the loss, Sharon drops to 6-2 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Franklin (Franklin, PA) to clash with the Knights in a District 10 Region 3 outing on Thursday, September 18. The Knights enter the match with a record of 1-2.
