The Eagles host Mount Pisgah Christian (Johns Creek, GA) to meet the Patriots in a 1A Area 5 challenge on Tuesday, September 16. The Patriots come into the challenge with a record of 20-12. Mount Pisgah Christian lost 2-1 in their recent non-league challenge against The King's Academy (Woodstock, GA)

Next, the Mustangs face the Loganville Christian Academy Lions (Loganville, GA) in a non-league test, on Thursday, September 18. Mount Vernon will attempt to advance on its 14-16 season record. The Lions go into the test with a 25-6 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Social Circle (Social Circle, GA).
