The Union Local Jets (Belmont, OH) volleyball tipped the host Oak Glen Golden Bears (New Cumberland, WV), 3-2 in Tuesday's non-league match.

Next up, the Jets confront the Cambridge Bobcats (Cambridge, OH) in a Buckeye 8 match, on Thursday, September 18. Union Local will attempt to move on its 9-4 season record. The Bobcats enter the match with a 6-7 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Barnesville (Barnesville, OH).

The Golden Bears (13-6) will now prepare for their match against Weir (Weirton, WV). The Red Riders enter the Freelance match with a 2-9 record. In their last match, Weir was tipped by Wheeling Central Catholic (Wheeling, WV), 3-0, in a non-league bout.
