Pleasant Valley Raiders (Jacksonville, AL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball team hold off the visiting Ohatchee Indians (Ohatchee, AL), 3-2 in a non-league challenge.

The Raiders (12-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Faith Christian (Anniston, AL). The Lions enter the non-league challenge with a 11-8 record. In their last challenge, Faith Christian got by Gaylesville (Gaylesville, AL), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Indians meet the Westbrook Christian Warriors (Rainbow City, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 18. Ohatchee will attempt to upgrade on its 7-4 season record. The Warriors go into the test with a 12-9 record after their 3-2 league win over Glencoe (Glencoe, AL).
