With the win, Spencer County improves its record to 7-4 on the season. The Bears travel to North Bullitt (Shepherdsville, KY) to encounter the Eagles in a non-league battle on Wednesday, September 17. The Eagles go into the battle with a record of 6-4. North Bullitt won 2-0 in their recent league battle against Southern (Louisville, KY)

The Wildcats now own a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bullitt East for a District 24 challenge on Thursday, September 18. Whitefield Academy will meet a Chargers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Fern Creek (Louisville, KY). The Chargers record now stands at 10-6.
