Minnesota High School Football - Lyle/Pacelli defeats Cedar Mountain

September 17, 2022: Lyle, MN 55953

In Saturday's non-league match, the host Lyle/Pacelli Athletics football squad scored a good 14-6 victory over the Cedar Mountain Cougars.

In their next game, the Athletics clash with the Southland Rebels (Adams, MN) in a District 9 South - East (9 Man) match, on Friday, September 23. Lyle/Pacelli will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Rebels enter the match with a 0-2 record after their 48-7 league loss to Kingsland (Spring Valley, MN).

The Cougars (3-1) will now prepare for their match against St. Mary's (Sleepy Eye, MN). The Knights enter the District 9 South - West (9 Man) match with a 3-1 record. In their last match, St. Mary's ran past Madelia (Madelia, MN), 32-8, in a league match.
