New York High School Football - Susquehanna Valley overwhelms Highland

September 17, 2022: Conklin, NY 13748

The crowd at Saturday's non-league contest between the Susquehanna Valley Sabers (Conklin, NY) and the visiting Highland Huskies (Highland, NY), observed Susquehanna Valley's football squad bounce Highland by a count of 51-14.

The Sabers now own a 2-0 record. They play next when they host Newark Valley for a Section 4 C contest on Saturday, September 24. Susquehanna Valley will encounter a Cardinals squad coming off a 52-34 league loss to Waverly (Waverly, NY). The Cardinals record now stands at 0-2.

Coming up next, the Huskies encounter the Burke Catholic (Goshen, NY) in a non-league contest, on Friday, September 23. Highland will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The go into the contest with a 3-0 record after their 36-25 non-league win over O'Neill (Highland Falls, NY).
