The Nantucket Whalers football team (Nantucket, MA), was tipped 29-28 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Mashpee Falcons (Mashpee, MA)
The Falcons (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against McCann Tech (North Adams, MA). The Hornets come into the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, McCann Tech was tipped by Mahar Regional (Orange, MA), 47-12, in a non-league challenge.
The Whalers now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to West Bridgewater for a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 24. Nantucket will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 40-20 non-league loss to Fairhaven (Fairhaven, MA). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-2.
