California High School Football - McClymonds overwhelms Tamalpais

September 17, 2022: Mill Valley, CA 94941

The crowd at Saturday's non-league contest between the McClymonds Warriors (Oakland, CA) and the host Tamalpais Red Tailed Hawks (Mill Valley, CA), observed McClymonds's football squad bounce Tamalpais by a count of 49-7.

The Warriors now own a 3-0 record. They play next when they travel to Pittsburg for a non-league contest on Friday, September 30. McClymonds will play a Pirates squad coming off a 23-15 non-league loss to Folsom (Folsom, CA). The Pirates record now stands at 3-1.

Coming up next, the Red Tailed Hawks play the San Rafael Bulldogs (San Rafael, CA) in a Marin County contest, on Friday, September 23. Tamalpais will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a 2-1 record after their 31-28 non-league loss to Piner (Santa Rosa, CA).
