New York High School Football - Oyster Bay drops to West Hempstead

September 17, 2022: Oyster Bay, NY 11771

In Saturday's league game, the West Hempstead Rams (West Hempstead, NY) football team knocked off the host Oyster Bay Baymen (Oyster Bay, NY), by a final score of 28-8.

The Rams (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Lawrence (Cedarhurst, NY). The Golden Tornadoes come into the Section 8 Conference IV challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Lawrence was beaten by Locust Valley (Locust Valley, NY), 35-7, in a league challenge.

The Baymen now sport a 0-2 record. They take the field next when they host Valley Stream South for a Section 8 Conference IV challenge on Saturday, September 24. Oyster Bay will meet a Falcons team coming off a 26-0 league loss to Seaford (Seaford, NY). The Falcons record now stands at 1-1.
