With the win, Taft upgrades its record to 2-2 on the year. The Eagles travel to Resurrection (Chicago, IL) to play the Bandits in a non-league bout on Monday, September 19. The Bandits go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Resurrection lost 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against De La Salle (Chicago, IL)

The Rangers now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Lincoln Park for a bout on Saturday, September 17. Mather will play a Lions squad coming off a 2-1 league win over Taft (Chicago, IL). The Lions record now stands at 1-1.
