In Saturday's league match, the host Bladensburg Mustangs football squad scored a close 16-15 victory over the Bowie Bulldogs .

In their next game, the Mustangs clash with the Surrattsville Hornets (Clinton, MD) in a match, on Saturday, September 24. Bladensburg will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record.
