In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Ontario Christian Knights volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the San Gabriel Matadors.

The Knights (23-6) will now prepare for their battle against La Serna (Whittier, CA). The Lancers come into the non-league battle with a 1-1 record. In their last battle, La Serna achieved victory over Downey (Downey, CA), 2-1, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Matadors encounter the Schurr Spartans (Montebello, CA) in a battle, on Tuesday, September 27. San Gabriel will attempt to advance on its 0-3 season record.
