The Valencia Jaguars held off the visiting Santa Teresa Desert Warriors volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Jaguars now have a 7-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Valley for a non-league test on Thursday, September 22.
The Desert Warriors (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Los Lunas (Los Lunas, NM). The Tigers enter the non-league test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, Los Lunas was nudged by Volcano Vista (Albuquerque, NM), 2-0, in a non-league test.
