Apple Valley Eagles (Apple Valley, MN) fans exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Jefferson Jaguars (Bloomington, MN), 2-0 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Apple Valley moves its record to 9-3 on the year. The Eagles travel to Rosemount (Rosemount, MN) to battle the Irish in a Class AA Section 3 bout on Tuesday, September 20. The Irish enter the bout with a record of 1-2.

In their next game, the Jaguars battle the Waconia Wildcats (Waconia, MN) in a non-league bout, on Monday, September 19. Jefferson will attempt to move on its 2-4 season record.
