The crowd at Saturday's non-league test between the Brookside Cardinals (Sheffield, OH) and the visiting Edison Chargers (Milan, OH), saw Brookside's soccer squad knock off Edison by a margin of 3-0.
The Cardinals now sport a 6-5 record. They play next when they host Open Door Christian for a non-league test on Monday, September 19. Brookside will meet a Patriots squad coming off a 11-3 non-league win over Lorain (Lorain, OH). The Patriots record now stands at 8-2.
With the loss, Edison drops to 3-6 on the season. The Chargers travel to Huron (Huron, OH) to meet the Tigers in a Sandusky Bay - Bay test on Monday, September 19. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 8-0. Huron won 4-1 in their recent non-league test against Old Fort (Old Fort, OH)
