Green Valley Gators (Henderson, NV) fans were thrilled Saturday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Show Low Cougars (Show Low, AZ), 11-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Gators confront the Shadow Ridge Mustangs (Las Vegas, NV) in a 4A South challenge, on Tuesday, September 20. Green Valley will attempt to better on its 11-2 season record. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a 3-7 record after their 4-1 league loss to Bonanza (Las Vegas, NV).
The Cougars now have a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host Snowflake for a 2A - East challenge on Wednesday, September 21. Show Low will confront a Lobos team coming off a 7-0 non-league loss to Faith Lutheran (Las Vegas, NV). The Lobos record now stands at 1-4.
