The crowd at Saturday's non-league match between the Tekamah-Herman Tigers (Tekamah, NE) and the host Arlington Eagles (Arlington, NE), saw Tekamah-Herman's softball squad achieve victory over Arlington by a count of 12-3.

The Tigers now sport a 8-12 record. They take the field next when they host Cuming County for a non-league match on Tuesday, September 20. Tekamah-Herman will face a Cadets squad coming off a 20-6 non-league loss to Logan View/Scribner-Snyder (Hooper, NE). The Cadets record now stands at 2-16.

With the loss, Arlington falls to 9-7 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Lakeview (Columbus, NE) to face the Vikings in a non-league match on Saturday, September 17. The Vikings enter the match with a record of 9-3. Lakeview won 4-3 in their recent non-league test against Aquinas (David City, NE)
