Minnesota High School Volleyball - Buffalo edged by Anoka

The Anoka Tornadoes held off the visiting Buffalo Bison volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Tornadoes now have a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Centennial for a Northwest Suburban test on Monday, September 19. Anoka will confront a Cougars team coming off a 3-0 league win over Coon Rapids (Coon Rapids, MN). The Cougars record now stands at 9-1.

The Bison (6-5) will now prepare for their test against Bemidji (Bemidji, MN). The Lumberjacks enter the non-league test with a 3-3 record. In their last test, Bemidji was nudged by Roseville (Roseville, MN), 2-0, in a non-league test.
