In Saturday's non-league contest, the Redondo Union Sea Hawks (Redondo Beach, CA) volleyball squad knocked off the visiting Archbishop Mitty Monarchs (San Jose, CA), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Sea Hawks battle the Palos Verdes Sea Kings (Palos Verdes Estates, CA) in a Bay contest, on Wednesday, September 21. Redondo Union will attempt to better on its 16-6 season record. The Sea Kings come into the contest with a 12-4 record after their 3-2 league loss to Mira Costa (Manhattan Beach, CA).

With the loss, Archbishop Mitty drops to 15-4 on the campaign. The Monarchs host St. Ignatius (San Francisco, CA) to battle the Wildcats in a West Catholic contest on Tuesday, September 20. The Wildcats come into the contest with a record of 10-8. St. Ignatius lost 2-0 in their recent non-league contest against Xavier College Prep (Phoenix, AZ)
