In Saturday's non-league test, the visiting Yorkville Foxes volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Beecher Bobcats.

The Foxes now have a 13-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Nazareth Academy for a non-league test on Saturday, September 17. Yorkville will confront a Roadrunners team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Saint Ignatius College Prep (Chicago, IL). The Roadrunners record now stands at 4-8.

The Bobcats (4-3) will now prepare for their test against Gardner-South Wilmington (Gardner, IL). The Panthers enter the River Valley test with a 5-8 record. In their last test, Gardner-South Wilmington dropped by Clinton (Clinton, IL), 2-0, in a non-league test.
