Kentucky High School Volleyball - Silver Creek over Central

The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Silver Creek Dragons (Sellersburg, IN) and the host Central Yellowjackets (Louisville, KY), saw Silver Creek's volleyball squad beat Central by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Silver Creek upgrades its record to 12-7 on the year. The Dragons host Seymour (Seymour, IN) to play the Owls in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 20. The Owls go into the bout with a record of 21-4. Seymour won 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against Indianapolis Scecina Memorial (Indianapolis, IN)

The Yellowjackets now own a 5-6 record. They play next when they travel to Ballard for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 20. Central will play a Bruins squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Kentucky Country Day (Louisville, KY). The Bruins record now stands at 15-3.
