Danville Hawks (Danville, AL) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Deshler Tigers (Tuscumbia, AL), 2-0 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Hawks clash with the Huntsville Panthers (Huntsville, AL) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, September 20. Danville will attempt to advance on its 26-9 season record. The Panthers come into the match with a 26-8 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Lawrence County (Moulton, AL).

With the loss, Deshler drops to 23-4 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Central (Florence, AL) to battle the Wildcats in a 4A Area 16 contest on Tuesday, September 20. The Wildcats go into the contest with a record of 13-10.
