The Elk Point-Jefferson Huskies volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Northwestern Area Wildcats to 0 in the Huskies non-league victory on Saturday.

The Huskies now have a 10-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Beresford for a A Region 4 game on Tuesday, September 20. Elk Point-Jefferson will meet a Watchdogs team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Corsica/Stickney (Corsica, SD). The Watchdogs record now stands at 7-8.

The Wildcats (11-5) will now prepare for their game against Leola/Frederick (Leola, SD). The Titans enter the B Region 1 game with a 7-11 record. In their last game, Leola/Frederick dropped by Lemmon (Lemmon, SD), 2-1, in a non-league game.
