The Fort Payne Wildcats topped the host Phillips Bears volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Wildcats now have a 20-16 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to McAdory for a non-league test on Saturday, September 17.
The Bears (4-6) will now prepare for their test against Shoals Christian (Florence, AL). The Flame enter the non-league test with a 7-2 record. In their last test, Shoals Christian gained a win over Colbert County (Leighton, AL), 3-2, in a non-league test.
