The Strathmore Spartans volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Fresno Warriors to 0 in the Spartans non-league victory on Saturday.

The Spartans now have a 3-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Corcoran for a East Sequoia game on Monday, September 19. Strathmore will confront a Panthers team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Wonderful College Prep Academy (Delano, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 10-9.

The Warriors (1-8) will now prepare for their game against Sanger West (Fresno, CA). The Hornets enter the CMAC/NYL game with a 3-16 record. In their last game, Sanger West gained a win over McLane (Fresno, CA), 3-0, in a league game.
