The Gateway Science Academy Gators volleyball team (St. Louis, MO), was dropped 2-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Metro-East Lutheran Knights (Edwardsville, IL)

The Knights (8-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Belleville East (Belleville, IL). The Lancers enter the non-league challenge with a 7-5 record. In their last challenge, Belleville East defeated Belleville West (Belleville, IL), 2-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Gators meet the Belleville East Lancers (Belleville, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 17. Gateway Science Academy will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Lancers enter the challenge with a 7-5 record after their 2-1 league win over Belleville West (Belleville, IL).
