The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the West Chargers (Topeka, KS) and the host Goodland Cowboys (Goodland, KS), saw West's volleyball squad beat Goodland by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, West upgrades its record to 5-3 on the year. The Chargers host Leavenworth (Leavenworth, KS) to play the PIONEERS in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 20. The PIONEERS go into the bout with a record of 1-4.

The Cowboys now own a 11-1 record. They play next when they travel to Ulysses for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 22. Goodland will play a Tigers squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Dodge City (Dodge City, KS). The Tigers record now stands at 7-5.
