Illinois High School Volleyball - South Elgin nudged by Highland Park

The Highland Park Giants volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host South Elgin Storm to 1 in the Giants non-league victory on Saturday.
The Giants now have a 4-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Niles North for a Central Suburban game on Tuesday, September 20. Highland Park will meet a Vikings team coming off a 2-0 league win over Maine West (Des Plaines, IL). The Vikings record now stands at 5-15.
The Storm (2-14) will now prepare for their game against Aurora East (Aurora, IL). The Tomcats enter the Upstate Eight game with a 1-13 record. In their last game, Aurora East was nudged by Glenbard East (Lombard, IL), 2-0, in a league game.
