The L'Anse Creuse North Crusaders held off the host Howell Highlanders volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Crusaders now have a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Marysville for a Macomb Area - Red test on Saturday, September 17. L'Anse Creuse North will confront a Vikings team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Dakota (Macomb, MI). The Vikings record now stands at 4-5.
The Highlanders (5-3) will now prepare for their test against Birch Run (Birch Run, MI). The Panthers enter the non-league test with a 2-3 record.
