The Salem Sundevils volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting James River Knights to 0 in the Sundevils non-league victory on Saturday.

The Sundevils now have a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chelsea Academy for a non-league game on Saturday, September 17. Salem will confront a Knights team coming off a 3-1 league win over Virginia Academy (Ashburn, VA). The Knights record now stands at 6-0.

The Knights (2-6) will now prepare for their game against Great Bridge (Chesapeake, VA). The Wildcats enter the non-league game with a 0-6 record. In their last game, Great Bridge dropped by Hickory (Chesapeake, VA), 3-1, in a league game.
