The Southwest Roughriders volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host McCook Bison to 1 in the Roughriders non-league victory on Saturday.

The Roughriders now have a 10-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cambridge for a non-league game on Saturday, September 17. Southwest will meet a Trojans team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Southern Valley (Oxford, NE). The Trojans record now stands at 10-1.

The Bison (2-8) will now prepare for their game against Chase County (Imperial, NE). The Longhorns enter the non-league game with a 3-5 record. In their last game, Chase County was nudged by Sedgwick County (Julesburg, CO), 3-2, in a non-league game.
