Indiana High School Volleyball - Union over Purdue Poly

The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Union Rockets (Modoc, IN) and the host Purdue Poly Techies (Indianapolis, IN), saw Union's volleyball squad beat Purdue Poly by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Union upgrades its record to 2-13 on the year. The Rockets travel to Cowan (Muncie, IN) to play the Blackhawks in a Mid-Eastern bout on Wednesday, September 21. The Blackhawks go into the bout with a record of 5-12. Cowan lost 3-1 in their recent league bout against Eastern Hancock (Charlottesville, IN)

The Techies now own a 9-8 record. They play next when they travel to Indianapolis Crispus Attucks for a Indianapolis Public Schools bout on Monday, September 19. Purdue Poly will play a Tigers squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Riverton Parke (Montezuma, IN). The Tigers record now stands at 11-8.
